Workshop Fee
$310.00 per person (includes workshop registration, four lunches and dinner on Thursday evening, music packet, and morning break snack). Important: Optional Tuesday dinner out is not included in this fee.

Early Bird Registration Discount
- Register by April 15 to receive a $25 discount (pay only $285)
- Register by May 15 to receive a $20 discount (pay only $290)
- Receive the Early Bird Discount through May 15, or a $10 discount after that date.

Upon receipt of your registration you will receive:
- Online: E-mail confirmation, PDF invoice for printing/mailing with payment (please allow 3-4 days for response), and follow-up details.
- Mail: E-mail confirmation and follow-up details.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations received by June 1 will be made minus a $25. Refunds for cancellations received after June 1, but at least 7 days prior to the start date, will be made minus $50. Cancellation refunds cannot be made with less than a 7 day notice (June 22) prior to the workshop start date.
Lodging at Sinsinawa Mound Center
Affordable onsite housing is available at the workshop location, Sinsinawa Mound Center. The $60 per day package cost is inclusive of lodging and three daily meals in the dining hall, there are no adjustments for unused meals. Air-conditioned rooms can be requested. See registration form to indicate your interest in making a reservation. Payment in full for the week's lodging is made directly to Sinsinawa Mound Center on the first day of the workshop at the Handbell Week registration table. Please do not send lodging payments to Midwest Music.
