Handbell Week is a four day intensive workshop focused on handbell performance technique and musicianship. The event is presented annually on the beautiful campus of Sinsinawa Mound Center, 585 County Road Z, Sinsinawa, Wisconsin.
CLASSIC HANDBELL WEEK PLUS+ It is well known that everyone attending Handbell Week loves RINGING! Part of each day is "Classic Handbell Week" as it has been for many years with a varied selection of music rung in mass. To meet the needs of experienced and developing ringers/directors alike, Handbell Week also offers two separate "tracks" or "choir experiences" each day as well. Each track includes different music levels and selections: Track 1 (developing ringers/directors, level 2 and 3 music) and Track 2 (experienced ringers, intermediate/advanced handbell performance choir, level 3 and 4 music).
High quality instruction in a fun fast-paced group atmosphere makes Handbell Week a very enjoyable educational and performance experience for both ringers and directors. The week (Monday through Thursday) concludes with a public concert on Thursday evening featuring the handbell selections from the workshop.
